Another fabulously sunny day on Friday for the “Going Digital” “Explore Your Digital SLR Part 1” course at Hardwick Hall.
Although this course only allows for about an hour’s outside work, the fine weather makes all the difference. Mind you, if it tips it down with rain we simply adapt the practical exercises for working indoors. It’s just a bonus to get students working away from the classroom. Continue Reading…
Vauxhall’s european parent company is said to be looking to sell off Vauxhall as the recession bites even further into ailing GM Motors.

Gillian Merron has made the news in the last few days over questions about the legitimacy of certain expenses offset against her tax liabilities.
Along with a number of other MPs she used the services of a tax adviser, the husband of another MP, and as a result claimed those fees against her tax liabilities.
Ms Merron says on her website that she was entitled to do this, but a BBC report indicates that that is not the case.
This story may yet have legs with which to continue running.
